Montserrat College of Art: March 29th, 2014
Artrageous! is the North Shore's signature spring event and has become the place to be! Artrageous!27 drew over 800 people and raised over $350,000 to benefit financial aid awards for deserving Montserrat students.
During this spectacular evening guests will experience the delight of seeing Montserrat's accomplished students create artwork live in Art-In-The-Moment areas; engage with friends old and new while savoring sumptuous catering and libations; and bid on more than 200 incredible paintings, prints, photographs, illustrations, sculpture, jewelry, giftware, trips & more — all generously donated by members of the Montserrat community and other renowned and emerging artists. Monies raised through the Auction go directly to our most precious asset – our students and their education. The MassArt Auction is one of the largest visual art auctions in New England and is a destination for collectors seeking to purchase contemporary artworks and support the nation’s leading public art college.
